The idea is simple.  Teach children to make (or grow) items to sell to visiting teams, local customers, and in the US. With the program, children gain a host of benefits including personal mentoring (priceless), occupational skills, finance skills, marketing skills, etc.  And, with a portion of the revenue going to the child, they learn to manage their own money.  Similiar programs are done by many organizations with great success.

With the other portion of revenue going to the target ministry programs (such as education, health, etc.) people long to see value in what they buy, beyond the actual product itself.  Finding the right product to manufacturer is not difficult.  Exposing the product to the right customer is also straight forward.  Finding the peron or persons to have passion for the program, dedicate their lives to changing the lives of others and accepting the many setbacks that will undoubtly come, this is the challenge.

Still, we are dreamers.  And we still believe God plants our hearts with the things of Him.  We are praying that God will show us the person(s) He has chosen for this labor of love.
